SORRY I HAD TO

THE ISSUE ON 'STYLE'.

what is style? you might ask?

defintion. as described by freedictionary.com
1. The way in which something is said, done, expressed, or performed:
2. The combination of distinctive features of literary or artistic expression, execution, or performance characterizing a particular person, group, school, or era.
3. A quality of imagination and individuality expressed in one's actions and tastes: does things with style.
4.
a. A comfortable and elegant mode of existence: living in style.
b. A mode of living: the style of the very rich.

well tonight i was told that because i have 'style', I am a follower.

despite any argument one might put forth. EVERYBODY follows. follow the law, follow the rules. another synonym for FOLLOW. OBEY. like dogs? NO. its a natural order, survival method.

so to mean that since i dress a certain way that might be similar to others, as in
hypebeast,
hipster,
skater,
kanye-esk,

all fuckin labels.

im no original,

not a leader.

LUDA...KRIS.

"one must follow in order to lead"

fashion has its way of recycling its self, call me a recycler, if you will.

i can honestly say i was a poster boy/ leader of the whole street culture movement in my area.

what i did 3 years ago, people are doing now in my area.

i followed, yes, but i was a leader of a certain area.

style goes further than being 'original' or is now known as following, it is a extension of culture, mood, statement, blah blah blah.

nothing is original in the sense of the word. our fore fathers stole from cultures, i.e. native americans, asians, africans and so on.

AMERICANS AS A WHOLE ARE FOLLOWERS!

we just are better at exploiting shit.

its the same as calling a artist a thief.

i get inspiration of my idols, from piers, and if i didn't who would i be? a blank canvas. vanilla, bland.

also, style is self perception. EVERYBODY thinks they dress well and thinks they are different then the rest. thats another trait humans have.

uhh alright, philosophy class is over.

fin.
